  • Cash Management  ― Collection and safekeeping of management expenses, reserve for future repair work and exclusive use fees, payment of management union expenses.
  • Accounting   ― Making settlement and budget plans, reporting revenues and expenses, making and safekeeping account ledgers.
  • Making plans for building maintenance and repair and organizing its implementation ― Making long-term repair and fund procurement plans, implementing the maintenance inspection.
Control staff/Dispatched Employees-related service
  • We deal with a variety of inquiries, implement and report the periodic inspections for fire-fighting equipment in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  • We also support a safe and comfortable living environment through implementing inspections in order to make sure the water,  so essential to our daily life, is properly supplied and discharged, and keeping the elevators functioning in full working order, as well as contact in emergency situations.
